FAQs, Policies, terms and conditions

Do you supply your own supplies?

Yes! All the supplies needed to clean your home are provided.  Including a vacuum and mop. We can also use your vacuum cleaner & mop if it is accessible and in good working order. 


Which service would you recommend for a first time client?

For first time clients that would like to develop a reoccurring scheduled  cleaning service. We highly recommend an initial Deep Clean for a thorough reset of your cleanliness level. Our Deep Clean covers areas not typically included in regular reoccurring cleans. This helps to ensure our high standards are met and allows for easier maintenance with regular cleans.


Are you insured?

Yes, you can book our cleaning services with a peace of mind. We have the necessary insurance to cover anything that may go wrong during our services. 


What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life can sometimes take unexpected turns, and you might need to cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment more than 24hrs before your scheduled clean, we’re more than happy to reschedule for a day that is more convenient for you. *This depends on what we have available for openings.


If you have to cancel in less than 24 hours  from your visit start time. We charge 50% of your scheduled clean.

If you have to cancel right before or we are unable to enter your home. You will be charged for the full scheduled Clean.   

Gift Certificate Policy

Please note that all gift card purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds.


What types of payment can I use for my cleaning visit?

You can pay with e-transfer. We currently don't accept credit cards at this time. Payment is due upon receiving an invoice once your clean is complete. We have a ‘No Payment/No Clean’ policy and we may not provide cleaning services if payment is not present or you are behind on payments.


Late Payments

Payment for the amount of your Clean is due by the specific required due date. Late payments will be subject to a late payment charge of $10 per day.


Do I need to be home while you are cleaning? 

No, as long as I have a way to enter your home. Many clients provide with a door code, key or they are home during their clean. If you are present during the clean, We can happily work around you!


Do you clean homes with pets? 

Yes, as a pet owner myself I welcome your furry friends! Prior to your first clean, I suggest we start off with a meet and greet with your dogs if you won't be home during your future cleans. 


Do you have a mileage fee?

Yes, if you’re located outside city limits, a mileage is applied.


After-Hours Policy: 

Please note that my standard work hours are 9 am to 5 pm. Any cleaning services requested or schedule outside of these hours are subject to an after-hours rate of $45/hour. This helps cover the added time and availability outside of regular business hours. Thank you for understanding!
